Privacy Policy for Botanic Book

Botanic Book respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Botanic Book mobile application, how that information is used, and the third-party services used by the App.

Botanic Book does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name or email address in order to use the App.

Information Stored on Your Device

Most Botanic Book content and personal app data is stored locally on your device.

This may include:

• Favorite plants
• Personal plant notes
• Custom plant records
• App preferences such as language and appearance settings
• Local purchase entitlement status used to provide the Remove Ads experience

This information is not uploaded to a Botanic Book account or synchronized to a Botanic Book server.

You can remove locally stored information through the available app controls or by uninstalling the App.

Plant Catalog and Botanical Information

Botanic Book contains a botanical reference database with information about more than 30,000 plant species.

Information such as botanical characteristics, native status, and geographic distribution is reference data included with the App or obtained from botanical source material. It is not based on your current physical location.

The current version of Botanic Book does not request or use your device's precise location for plant browsing or distribution information.

Plant Identification

Plant Identification is currently available on iPhone and iPad.

If you choose to use Plant Identification, the App may request permission to:

• Take a photo using your camera
• Select an existing photo from your photo library

Plant identification is performed directly on your device using an on-device machine learning model.

Botanic Book does not upload the photo you select or capture to a Botanic Book server for plant classification.

The identification model may need to be downloaded before the feature can be used offline. When downloading the model, the hosting provider may receive standard network information such as an IP address as part of the download request.

Camera and photo library access is optional and is only used when you choose to use the relevant feature.

Analytics

Botanic Book uses Google Firebase Analytics to help understand how the App is used and to improve features, usability, and reliability.

Analytics data may include information such as:

• App version
• Device and operating system information
• General usage events
• Feature interactions
• Anonymous or pseudonymous installation identifiers

Botanic Book is designed not to send the following content through its custom analytics events:

• Plant search text
• Personal notes
• Custom plant content
• Photos
• Local image paths
• Plant identification images
• Purchase receipts
• Payment information

Analytics information is processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy and data-processing policies.

Crash Reporting

Botanic Book uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to detect crashes and technical problems.

Crash reports may include technical information such as:

• App version
• Device model
• Operating system version
• Crash stack traces
• Runtime state
• Installation or session identifiers
• Other diagnostic information required to investigate a crash

Crashlytics is used only to improve the stability and reliability of the App.

Botanic Book does not intentionally include your personal notes, search text, selected photos, or payment details in crash reports.

Advertising

Botanic Book uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to users who have not purchased Remove Ads.

Google and its advertising partners may process information required to provide, measure, secure, and personalize or limit advertising. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and applicable law, this may include information such as:

• Device information
• IP address
• Advertising or app-related identifiers
• Ad impressions and interactions
• General diagnostic information

Where required, Botanic Book uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy and consent choices before requesting advertisements.

Depending on your choices and region, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or otherwise served according to Google's applicable consent rules. Google's UMP is specifically designed to manage these privacy choices and whether ads may be requested.

Where available, you may review or change advertising privacy choices from the privacy options provided within the App.

Users who purchase Remove Ads will no longer be shown Botanic Book banner advertisements while the entitlement remains valid.

In-App Purchases

Botanic Book offers a non-consumable Remove Ads purchase.

Purchases are processed by:

• Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad
• Google Play on Android

Botanic Book does not receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or other payment credentials.

The App may receive purchase status, product identifiers, transaction information, or ownership information from Apple or Google as necessary to:

• Complete a purchase
• Restore a purchase
• Verify whether Remove Ads is owned

Payment processing is governed by Apple or Google's own privacy policies and terms.

External Links

Botanic Book may allow you to open external websites, such as Wikipedia, for additional plant information.

When you choose to open an external website, that website may collect information according to its own privacy policy. Botanic Book does not control the privacy practices of external websites.

Third-Party Services

Botanic Book currently uses services provided by third parties including:

Budgie Book helps you to get all the information you need about the most popular pet birds 'Budgerigars'. These charismatic little parakeets are loveable, affectionate and become easier to tame with this app. The app provides map information and shows where wild budgie species live around the world, some of the coolest tricks that you can train and how to make them breed like professionals. About Türetgeç App

Türetgeç is a Turkish word game which is quite popular among people in Turkey. Currently, its allows you to play with your friend in the same device or play with the computer. There will be an online playing system for the future with a login authorization system.

Here are the rules;

1- The game is played with two people. The system selects a random letter at the beginning of the game. Try to derive a 2-letter word. The estimated time in the game is 3 minutes in both players.

2- After the player has found the appropriate word, the other player tries to derive new words with the last letter of the word.

3- If two players derive the word in a certain number of letters, the word length is increased by 1 letter.

4- Each letter in the game has a score. The score range for letters is between 1-10. The player gains points by summing up the remaining time, multiplying points of used letters and the length of the successful word.

5- If the word ends with Ğ, the new tour continues with the previous letter. The player who finishes with Ğ wins 2 times points.

6- The player is given 10 penalty points if he cannot make the prediction during the given time.

7- If there is no word with the letter coming during the tour, the game is continued by giving another letter in the same difficulty.
