1. Overview
LingoFlash Pro (the “App”) is an English–Turkish vocabulary-learning app for iOS, Android, Apple Watch, and Wear OS, developed by Onur Hazar (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy describes how information is stored, processed, and shared when you use the App. The core flashcard learning experience works offline and does not require an account.
2. Learning Data Stored on Your Devices
The App stores vocabulary-study information locally on your phone or watch.
This may include your selected learning direction, saved words, flashcard responses, review history, spaced-repetition schedules, daily goals, study statistics, preferences, and locally generated device or event identifiers used to keep review records consistent.
This information is primarily used to provide learning features and does not require you to create an online profile.
Removing the App and its associated local data generally deletes this locally stored information, subject to any device backups.
3. Phone and Watch Synchronization
The App can exchange study information between an iPhone and its paired Apple Watch, or between an Android phone and a compatible Wear OS watch, using platform-provided device communication mechanisms.
This synchronization is intended to work without an online account or cross-platform cloud account.
Data exchanged between paired devices may include vocabulary content, learning preferences, review events, and progress.
The App does not offer account-based synchronization between iOS and Android phones.
4. Advertising and Consent
The phone versions of the App display advertisements provided by Google AdMob unless the Remove Ads purchase is active.
Advertising technology may collect or process technical and usage information, including:
An IP address, which may indicate approximate location.
Device or advertising identifiers, where permitted.
Advertisement impressions and interactions.
Diagnostic and performance information.
Such processing may be used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related services.
Where required, advertising consent choices may be presented. You can also manage supported advertising and privacy controls in your device settings.
Removing ads stops in-app advertisements from being displayed but does not retroactively delete information previously processed by third-party advertising providers.

5. In-App Purchases
The App offers an optional, one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us.
The App receives transaction or entitlement information needed to unlock the purchase and may store an ad-free entitlement flag locally.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Apple and Google handle payment-related information under their own privacy policies.
6. Speech and Pronunciation
Pronunciation is provided through speech-synthesis technology available on your device.
The App requests a language-appropriate voice and prefers available offline voices. Voice availability depends on the device, its selected speech engine, and installed language data.
The App does not need microphone access or audio recordings for flashcard pronunciation.
Speech engines and device settings are subject to the relevant platform provider’s terms and privacy practices.
7. App Services and Diagnostics
The App may use Google Firebase components or related third-party technical services where enabled in the installed version, for supporting app operation and content-related requests.
Such services may process technical connection information, app and device identifiers, and operational diagnostics.
If analytics or crash-reporting components are enabled, they may also process usage events or crash information.
The core flashcard study records are stored locally; the App does not require an online account to maintain learning progress.

8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information directly.
Information may be processed by service providers involved in advertising, app functionality, or in-app purchases, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect the security of the App and its users.
Different service providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence.
9. Data Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices
Local learning records and preferences remain on your device until you remove them through available app controls or delete the App and its local data.
Device backups may retain copies according to your operating-system settings.
Apple, Google, and other service providers retain information under their own policies and applicable legal obligations.
You may manage device permissions, advertising identifiers, and available consent choices through the App or your device settings.

10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards suitable for the nature of the App, including device-provided storage protections and security features of the relevant service providers.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact details or create accounts.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as features, service providers, or legal requirements change.
We will publish the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date.
